Estimate Needed for Child sized dress Please

I know there are several very talented seamstresses here on the board. I was wondering what you might charge to do a child sized dress for my DD's birthday in Feb. I found one on ebay that looks like Elizabeth's meet dress which is what I want. But, the quoted price is $130 shipped. That is just too much. I don't mean that I take for granted the great effort and work that goes into this type of thing. But it just isn't in my budget to do this! If this is too OT, I am sorry. I am just looking for some estimates from others.

I can't sew well enough to be confident enough to make a a dress for someone else, but I made a similar dress for myself (women's size 14) in a fancy satin and it cost about $65 for all the materials(trims etc) and took me a little over 10 hours to make.

I don't know if that really helps you any, LOL
